We take the responsibility to ensure all repairs - with or without guarantee – of the brands that we represent. In the majority of cases, the watches are sent to the manufacturer or to the After Sales Service of the brand in question. They will normally be repaired within a period of approximately 3 to 8 weeks, after acceptance of the cost quotation. The repairs are guaranteed for one or two years, depending on the make, from the date of repair. The replacement of batteries (without verification of whether the article is waterproof) and bracelets can in general be undertaken on site, within the hour. We undertake free of charge the resizing of watch bracelets purchased in our shop.





For any advice concerning quotations or work in progress, you can contact us by e-mail or by telephone. If you don’t want to send to us your watch for repair, you have the possibility to have it repaired (with or without guarantee) in any sales-point authorized by the watch make. You can find their address on the official internet site of the make concerned. Of course, we can also provide you with the necessary details concerning the after sales support offered for your watch in your country, on request.
